My name is Shannon and I am a qualified Bowen Therapist and Accredited Exercise Physiologist and founder of Restore Bowen & Movement Therapy.
My sessions include Bowen Therapy, (which is a gentle form of soft tissue body work providing relief from acute and chronic pain), movement assessment and prescription to create an individual tailored approach to suit each client. I am passionate about helping people achieve their goals, reduce pain, stress and improve their quality of life.
